Easter Eggstravaganza at West Midland Safari Park

Meet Bramble, the Park’s resident Easter Bunny, who has built his burrow in the Discovery Trail. Look out for him at intervals during the day, where he will be greeting guests and showing them around his new home.

There is also an Easter trail where little eggsplorers have to help Bramble find the colourful eggs that he has misplaced. As a thank you from Bramble , they will earn a chocolatey prize when they complete the trail.

Your ticket also includes access to favourites including the 4 mile safari, red panda retreat and Land of the Living Dinosaurs.

National Trust Easter Egg Hunts

At the National Trust for Easter you can join their Easter adventures with nature trails at many of the places we care for across England, Wales and Northern Ireland this spring.

With lots of fun family activities on your trail as you do your nature-inspired activities.

Once you complete your trail, collect your Rainforest Alliance chocolate egg. The eggs are made here in the UK using cocoa that’s responsibly sourced from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms.

Mini Madness this Easter at the British Motor Museum

The Museum hosts lots of themed family activities this Easter from 9– 24 April. Visitors can enjoy family tours with a Mini mad mechanic character, follow a Mini Trail and make a Mini using air dry clay.

Over Easter weekend (15-18 April) families can enjoy a traditional Easter Egg hunt with a bit of a Mini twist.  Collect your Easter basket from the Family Station and search for the eggs around the Museum.  When you have collected six different coloured eggs come back to the Family Station to claim your prize.

Blenheim Palace is offering families a fun packed Easter.  Take part in our Easter Egg hunt and win a Hotel Chocolat Treat.

They also have a whole host of fun activities for the kids including circus skills, balloon modelling, bubble performances, Punch and Judy, bungee trampolines and special appearances from the Easter Bunny throughout the weekend.

You can also book a Hotel Chocolat Children’s Workshop – these are a fun way to learn about cocoa and chocolate. In a 1-hour session, budding chocolatiers will learn the history of chocolate and how chocolate is made.   They will also learn to decorate their own chocolate masterpiece and receive a beautiful package to put it in.

The Lindt Gold Bunny Hunt

The Lindt Gold Bunnies will return to Hampton Court Palace this Easter, hiding in the palace and gardens, awaiting discovery.

Explore the palace gardens and find the Lindt gold bunny statues that are hiding – match the name of the important palace character on the trail to the red ribbon around the bunny at each location. There are stories to be discovered about each palace character – can you find them all? After you’ve finished, collect a Lindt gold bunny as a reward.

Easter Eggstravangaza at Traquair

This is the biggest  Easter egg hunt in the Scottish Borders located in the biggest maze in Scotland.  6,000 mini eggs have been hidden in the maze to be found in a series of egg hunts throughout the day and they guarantee no child will leave empty handed.

But the event is not all about a mad rush for chocolate! There are lots of other fun, hands on activities for families including Scavenger Hunts with Big Egg prizes, Spot the Egg in the House Competition, Easter Bonnet making, musical instrument making, storytelling and face painting.

In the Gower you can find the Great Easter Eggstravaganza event with acres of ‘egg’tastic themed fun to enjoy. Each child is given a game card with a map of the farm, as well as a list of clues, and then hunts around the farm to earn their Easter Egg reward and you might even catch a glimpse of the Easter Bunny.

There are Easter photo opportunities at the Easter photo arch and lots of other activities for families to enjoy including meeting interactive Characters from “Alice in Wonderland”.

On Saturday 16th April, between 11-5pm Castle Square will also be transformed into an Easter in Wonderland.  You will be able to meet the White Rabbit Easter Bunny and Mad Hatter, and you may even receive some chocolate-y treats from them! Along with face painting, activities, performances, and workshops, there will be something for everyone to enjoy!

Easter at Borough Market

This Easter Borough Market will be wowing visitors with an impressive four-metre-high Easter Tree of Hope, decorated with more than 200 wooden eggs with messages and drawings of hope for the future to lift people’s spirits and show solidarity in light of recent events, all painted by local schools, charities and friends of the Market.

There will also be a further eight giant eggs that will form a special family Easter egg trail in the Market, taking place from 13th-16th April (inclusive) with delicious chocolatey prizes from trader So Chocolicious.
